About the role

  • Design and implement segment-wide, skills-based talent and performance strategies
  • Collaborate closely with corporate functions

Requirements

  • A higher education degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Considerable experience in talent management, change management, and/or organizational development roles
  • Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record in steering, monitoring, and improving processes
  • In-depth expertise in skills-based talent management, AI-enabled HR and people analytics
  • Strong intercultural sensitivity paired with excellent communication skills in both German and English
