About the role
- Design and implement segment-wide, skills-based talent and performance strategies
- Collaborate closely with corporate functions
- Identify solutions and integrate AI and predictive analytics
- Build organizational change readiness
- Design and conduct impactful training sessions and workshops
- Provide guidance and support to leaders
- Oversee the design and governance of compensation and recognition programs
Requirements
- A higher education degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Considerable experience in talent management, change management, and/or organizational development roles
- Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in steering, monitoring, and improving processes
- In-depth expertise in skills-based talent management, AI-enabled HR and people analytics
- Strong intercultural sensitivity paired with excellent communication skills in both German and English
