Requirements
- Holds a relevant academic degree
- Several years of proven local and global experience in HR and plant/shopfloor environment
- Several years of proven experience in leading global projects and programs
- Expert in creating HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement
- Proven ability to work effectively and lead teams in a global, culturally diverse matrix environment
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and German
