About the role

  • You gather specific functional and segment-related requirements within the Inbound to Outbound logistics workstream
  • You contribute to the development of optimal solutions for ZEISS
  • Together with others, you manage and coordinate required support from external consultants within the workstream
  • You contribute to aligning and tracking the subproject progress of your stream
  • You ensure a significant contribution to the overall success of the project through effective planning, implementation, and continuous improvement measures
  • You actively participate in functional testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in a business process role, e.g., logistics or supply chain management, ideally with SAP or another ERP system
  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA or a comparable ERP system is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes
  • Experience executing projects in Business Process Excellence or a similar performance-improvement environment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented, analytical working style and organizational skills, combined with effective change-management communication to successfully develop and implement strategic plans
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
