About the role

  • Work on one of ZEISS' key group programs and drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures
  • Together with the senior manager of your stream, take on a moderating role
  • Jointly manage and coordinate the necessary internal and external resources within your area of responsibility
  • Be responsible for the process design of selected end-to-end processes
  • Exchange information with all other end-to-end streams to ensure best practice sharing

Requirements

  • A Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar field of study
  • Proven experience driving projects in the area of business process excellence or in a similar performance improvement related environment
  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales environment, with experience in SAP SD
  • Knowledge in CRM System integration would be a big plus
  • Results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with strong change communications skills to develop and successfully implement strategic plans
  • A strong change management perspective
  • Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.
