About the role
- Responsible for leading the Business Excellence team (8–10 people)
- Develop team members according to role requirements and promote collegial collaboration within the team
- Ensure the reliable operation and continuous improvement of CRT’s business processes, required competencies, methods, and tools
- Orchestrate collaboration across locations and departments to ensure cohesive and streamlined operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations and drive operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business excellence, operations management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving initiatives in business process excellence or in a similar environment
- Initial experience using and integrating AI-based tools in the context of business operations and processes is an advantage
- Strong affinity for modern IT technologies, including familiarity with SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
