About the role
- Own end-to-end recruiting for Tech & Product roles.
- Partner with Tech & Product leaders to forecast needs, define profiles, and build winning teams.
- Build and manage a steady, high-quality pipeline of top sales talent.
- Leverage creative sourcing and employer branding to make us the go-to destination for ambitious sellers.
- Track and analyze recruiting data to continuously improve speed, quality, and conversion.
- Deliver a candidate experience that feels personal, fast, and world-class.
- Be a true business partner — not just a recruiter, but a growth enabler.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience hiring sales profiles in fast-growing tech environments (scale-up / SaaS / startup).
- Proven track record of high-volume, high-quality delivery (~20-23 strong hires/year).
- Strong grasp of what makes a top-performing business profile — and how to close them.
- Sharp communication and stakeholder skills; you speak sales language.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English (especially written English) and French.
- Energy, resilience, and a bias for action — you make things happen.
