About the role
- You produce detailed execution planning in accordance with Service Phase 5 (Leistungsphase 5) of the HOAI
- You review the preceding design and/or approval planning for economic viability and feasibility
- You coordinate all specialist planners and engineers and integrate their results into your planning
- You ensure technical and design quality in the execution planning
- You use BIM methodology for model-based planning, coordination and documentation
- You clarify detailed technical questions and serve as the interface between the client, planning participants, authorities and contractors
- You support the internal tendering department and construction sites with your technical expertise
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in execution planning (LPH 5 according to HOAI)
- Confident in creating plans using Autodesk Revit
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards and technical regulations (DIN, VDI, ASR, LBO, GEG)
- Technical understanding of building services (TGA) in coordination with architectural planning
- Authorization to submit building applications as an architect (m/f/d) according to § 43 (3) No. 1 LBO
- Structured, precise working style with strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
