About the role

  • You will assist the Site Manager in overseeing our projects during the operational phase in the Frankfurt area, with a focus on technical facility management.
  • You will contribute to the planning, coordination and monitoring of the agreed services and technical processes — always with an eye on quality and smooth operations.
  • Together with the Site Manager, you will serve as the point of contact for our clients as well as for internal teams and external service providers.
  • You will support the monitoring of budgets and the control of costs and revenues.
  • You will participate in tender and bidding procedures.
  • You will create and maintain property-specific documentation and support reporting.

Requirements

  • A completed degree, ideally in Facility Management, Real Estate Management or a comparable qualification; alternatively a commercial or technical apprenticeship with an FM/real estate focus.
  • Initial practical experience in site management or property/property management (e.g. through student employment, internships or similar).
  • Strong customer and service orientation and a structured, careful working style.
  • Willingness to gradually take on responsibility and enthusiasm for working in a team.
  • Solution-oriented approach and a hands-on mentality.
