About the role

  • After your onboarding, you will be actively involved in the planning, organization and follow-up of in-person and online events
  • You will be responsible for the dual study programs and apprenticeships and will serve as the primary contact for all related questions and concerns
  • You will manage the existing e‑learning modules and contribute to the development of new content
  • You will support data maintenance for all learning & development–related topics
  • You will manage the employee appraisal/review process

Requirements

  • You have a completed degree in a business or humanities field — preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • You have initial experience in learning & development (L&D)
  • You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a communicative, independent working style
  • You are an organized, proactive individual with an eye for detail
  • You are proficient in the standard MS Office applications
