About the role
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and designs to create comprehensive test scenarios.
- Develop and execute test cases for functional, regression, usability, and smoke testing.
- Perform end-to-end manual testing across iOS and Android mobile platforms.
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard bug-tracking tools.
- Validate bug fixes and maintain accurate test results and test documentation.
- Perform compatibility testing across devices, OS versions, and screen resolutions.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to clarify issues and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in release validation and post-deployment verification.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Manual QA, preferably in mobile app testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
- Experience testing native, hybrid, or cross-platform mobile apps.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of functional, regression, and exploratory testing techniques.
- Ability to write clear test scenarios, cases, and reports.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
