About the role
- Coordinate employee appointments to verify and complete I-9 documentation according to federal guidelines
- Project manage operational execution of workforce initiatives
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality within HR systems; resolving and leading complex issues
- Serve as a lead or contributing partner on HR-related projects
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, leaders, managers, employees, and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of HR operations experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred)
- Experience with I-9 administration and requirements, E-Verify experience preferred
- Experience with workforce optimization, reduction, and alignment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
