About the role
- Maintain customer relationships – act as the direct point of contact for our clients: from onboarding and ongoing support to strategic development.
- Manage projects – ensure customers successfully adopt and use our platform through training, demos and close collaboration.
- Upselling & Cross-selling – identify additional opportunities, advise customers and position appropriate add-ons.
- Measure success – analyze usage and outcomes, collect feedback and recommend optimizations.
- Event presence – represent the company and support customers at conferences, workshops and industry events, while expanding networks.
- Bridge to the team – work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to bring customer needs and requirements into the company.
- Strategic consulting – inspire customers on how to use AR and AI to tell new stories and enter new markets.
Requirements
- Customer focus – you are empathetic, service-oriented and able to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Strong communication – fluent in German and English, confident in presentations, skilled in negotiations and persuasive in workshops.
- Experience – professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Storytelling ability – you can explain complex technologies clearly and compellingly.
- Tech affinity – enthusiasm for AR/VR, AI and digital innovations; proficient with Microsoft Office and common CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- Structure & drive – you organize yourself independently, never lose sight of the big picture and think solution-oriented.
