Account Manager

• Maintain customer relationships – act as the direct point of contact for our clients: from onboarding and ongoing support to strategic development.
• Manage projects – ensure customers successfully adopt and use our platform through training, demos and close collaboration.
• Upselling & Cross-selling – identify additional opportunities, advise customers and position appropriate add-ons.
• Measure success – analyze usage and outcomes, collect feedback and recommend optimizations.
• Event presence – represent the company and support customers at conferences, workshops and industry events, while expanding networks.
• Bridge to the team – work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to bring customer needs and requirements into the company.
• Strategic consulting – inspire customers on how to use AR and AI to tell new stories and enter new markets.
