About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 30–50+ active client accounts
  • Manage day-to-day communication via email, phone, Slack, and messaging tools
  • Build trust and maintain strong, professional client relationships
  • Coordinate internally with delivery, marketing, and operations teams
  • Track client needs, requests, and timelines to ensure smooth execution
  • Lead client calls, check-ins, and ongoing support conversations
  • Identify opportunities to expand or upsell accounts when appropriate
  • Proactively resolve issues and prevent churn
  • Maintain detailed documentation and updates in internal systems

Requirements

  • Experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Client Services Manager
  • Background in agency, consulting, or service-based environments
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and time management
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of client relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours or significant overlap
