About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 30–50+ active client accounts
- Manage day-to-day communication via email, phone, Slack, and messaging tools
- Build trust and maintain strong, professional client relationships
- Coordinate internally with delivery, marketing, and operations teams
- Track client needs, requests, and timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Lead client calls, check-ins, and ongoing support conversations
- Identify opportunities to expand or upsell accounts when appropriate
- Proactively resolve issues and prevent churn
- Maintain detailed documentation and updates in internal systems
Requirements
- Experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Client Services Manager
- Background in agency, consulting, or service-based environments
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization, follow-through, and time management
- Comfortable handling a high volume of client relationships
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability to work U.S. business hours or significant overlap
