Administer, manage, implement, and improve global benefits and leave programs
Serve as the primary point of contact and SME for U.S. leave programs
Partner with third-party providers and payroll
Monitor compliance updates and program changes
Handle accommodation requests
Provide guidance on leave and accommodation cases
Identify trends and gaps in programs
Serve as the employee point of contact for perks program administration
Maintain compliance of perks programs
Administer and improve wellness resources
Collaborate with ERGs and Events Team for well-being programming
Support the administration of Health & Welfare programs
Leverage product marketing skills to communicate program collateral
Requirements
5+ years of Benefits administration experience
U.S.-based with strong expertise in U.S. benefits and leave compliance
In-house benefits administration experience
Experience managing leave programs, accommodations, and perks
Proven ability to implement and refine wellness programs
Excellent written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
