About the role
- Support client deliverables and intelligence requirements within set deadlines.
- Produce quality analytic judgments that provide context to clients.
- Leverage Flashpoint tools and systems to support assigned tasks.
- Synthesize raw data to identify credibility and relevance to the client base.
- Nominate new collection sources in support of Flashpoint collections.
- Propose new content for blog posts, with supervisor review.
- Peer review finished intelligence products for accuracy.
Requirements
- Security Clearance is required
- Ability to effectively execute tasks independently while collaborating with others on complex tasks.
- Advanced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) experience.
- Intermediate- to advanced-level understanding of scripting languages and command line interfaces.
- Advanced understanding of network and telecommunications technologies.
- In-depth understanding of Chinese geopolitics and fluency in the Chinese language.
- Advanced knowledge of Chinese internet slang.
- Strong ability to produce accurate investigations and key judgments.
- High level of motivation, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
