About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting and analysing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Own service-related finances for your clients, including budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking.
- Efficiently manage change-request implementation processes by coordinating testing, deployments and system enhancements within the payroll platform.
- Ensure compliance with Zalaris’ internal policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams and identify additional opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Promote close collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of German payroll (required)
- Strong German language skills and communicative English (required)
- Experience in an outsourcing company within HR, payroll or accounting
- Professional experience with SAP HCM is an advantage
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking
- Ability to plan, prioritise and structure work to deliver results
- Strong customer relationship management and process improvement skills
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proactive, energetic and adaptable attitude
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
