About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting and analysing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Own service-related finances for your clients, including budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking.
  • Efficiently manage change-request implementation processes by coordinating testing, deployments and system enhancements within the payroll platform.
  • Ensure compliance with Zalaris’ internal policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams and identify additional opportunities for cost optimisation.
  • Promote close collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of German payroll (required)
  • Strong German language skills and communicative English (required)
  • Experience in an outsourcing company within HR, payroll or accounting
  • Professional experience with SAP HCM is an advantage
  • Commercial awareness and analytical thinking
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and structure work to deliver results
  • Strong customer relationship management and process improvement skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, energetic and adaptable attitude
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
