• Prepare key project documentation such as workbooks, blueprints, and test scripts.
• Configure and customise the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Assist with the setup of HR environments across client landscapes, including cutover activities and instance migrations.

• Provide end-to-end HR support for the client across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, benefits administration, etc.).
• Manage and resolve HR-related queries within agreed SLAs and defined processes, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (employees and management) through professional communication.
• Maintain a regular on-site presence (approximately 1–2 days per week) to deliver hands-on support and strengthen collaboration.
