About the role

  • Take full ownership of implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including integration with Employee Central and Recruiting
  • Lead client workshops and direct implementation efforts, including ongoing coordination and communication between clients and project teams
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery including quality assurance
  • Work closely with project management to develop project plans, schedules, and effort estimates
  • Identify risks and issues early and develop appropriate mitigation approaches
  • Oversee test management
  • Actively contribute to presales activities (e.g., RFP responses, proposal documents, solution designs)

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including customizing and system configuration
  • Proven experience in end-to-end projects — from kick-off through hypercare
  • Strong sense of responsibility for delivery quality, time management, and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to identify risks early and proactively implement targeted measures
  • Analytical and structured thinking with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and their implementation in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
