About the role
- Take full ownership of implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including integration with Employee Central and Recruiting
- Lead client workshops and direct implementation efforts, including ongoing coordination and communication between clients and project teams
- Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery including quality assurance
- Work closely with project management to develop project plans, schedules, and effort estimates
- Identify risks and issues early and develop appropriate mitigation approaches
- Oversee test management
- Actively contribute to presales activities (e.g., RFP responses, proposal documents, solution designs)
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including customizing and system configuration
- Proven experience in end-to-end projects — from kick-off through hypercare
- Strong sense of responsibility for delivery quality, time management, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to identify risks early and proactively implement targeted measures
- Analytical and structured thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of HR processes and their implementation in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
