About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define job requirements
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the ATS
- Build strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and maintain employer brand presence
- Collaborate with HR and business teams for workforce planning and talent strategies
- Support internal talent development initiatives and external recruitment activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition in SAP HCM
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong experience with ATS systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiter is a plus
- Experienced recruiter, managing the full recruitment cycle for highly specialized positions
- Structured and process-driven
- Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities
- Collaborative communicator
