Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Strong experience with ATS systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiter is a plus
  • Experienced recruiter, managing the full recruitment cycle for highly specialized positions
  • Structured and process-driven
