About the role

  • Manage key customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Lead renewals, upsell, cross-sale, and expansion opportunities
  • Facilitate regular governance and operational meetings to ensure alignment and execution
  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers, providing guidance and support
  • Identify issues, improvement areas, and business opportunities that deliver measurable customer value
  • Develop opportunities and maintain an active, healthy commercial pipeline
  • Champion customer needs internally and coordinate across the matrix organization to drive outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience as a key account manager in complex or international environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven success in upsell, renewals, and account development
  • Fluent in English and the Nordic language of your primary market
  • Understanding of HRM services such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Travel & Expense, or HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle)
  • Experience with Managed Services or Outsourcing (multi-country experience is a plus)
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior HR stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and advisory abilities — able to structure issues and build customer-focused recommendations
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with ownership for customer success
  • Bonus: Experience from management consulting and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, Power BI, or AI tools
