About the role
- Build sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines for priority roles.
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer close, with a high-touch candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles, run efficient processes, and drive strong hiring decisions.
- Build high-quality pipelines by consistently identifying, engaging, and converting top talent.
- Track funnel metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Act as a proactive owner of the hiring process—anticipating challenges, removing friction, and continuously improving how we recruit.
- Build deep, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor who drives clarity, accountability, and strong outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle ownership.
- Proven success hiring for GTM roles, preferably sales and marketing
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound messaging, referrals, creative pipeline building).
- Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and influence decisions through strong intake, calibration, and process leadership.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and able to build structure as you go.
- Excellent communication and follow-through; able to move fast while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Experience in a high-growth environment (startup or scaling team) preferred.
