About the role
- Design user experiences for new and existing product features using Material design and an existing components library
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure designs are feasible, well-scoped, and implemented as intended
- Work effectively with teammates across multiple time zones, balancing synchronous and asynchronous collaboration
- Contribute to and help evolve design systems, patterns, and documentation
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and changing priorities
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and usability principles
- Experience working cross-functionally with product managers and engineers
- Ability to collaborate across time zones using clear documentation and async communication
- Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
