As a Software Consultant, you are the central interface between our customers and our software.
You accompany projects from kickoff to successful go-live and ensure our solutions are genuinely helpful in everyday operations.
You help our customers get the most out of their merchandise management (ERP) software.
You install and configure our software — on-site, remotely, or in the cloud.
You analyze business processes and translate them into tailored software solutions.
You conduct online and in-person training and enable customers to use the software optimally.
You coordinate the necessary steps with all involved partners.
You provide valuable customer feedback to Development and Support and actively help shape our software.

Requirements

A vocational training or degree in an IT-related field — or equivalent practical experience (career changers with professional experience are explicitly welcome!)
Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-facing manner
Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
Ideally, knowledge of retail or hospitality operations and initial experience with merchandise management and POS systems
Good knowledge of Windows systems and networks
Experience with relational databases; SQL skills are a plus
Fluent German; English skills are a plus
