Development, implementation and optimization of AI agents and intelligent software components — from concept to go-live
Building AI-powered tools and platforms that improve internal processes, customer experiences, or knowledge management systems
Close collaboration with existing software development teams and business units to integrate AI components into current applications and systems
Evaluation and selection of suitable frameworks, APIs and models (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for different use cases
Support in architecture planning and integration of AI solutions into cloud environments and microservice architectures
Research and prototyping of new AI approaches (e.g., agent frameworks, LLM-based automations, data pipelines)

Requirements

1–3 years of practical experience with modern AI technologies
Solid knowledge of Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack or similar AI agent libraries
Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or C#)
Basic understanding of software architectures and interfaces (APIs, microservices, cloud environments)
Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and integrating them into existing systems
Familiarity with API development, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data pipelines
Initial hands-on experience building AI agent platforms, e.g., for customer service, process automation or knowledge management
