About the role
- Plan, configure, and manage performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Manage the daily media budget, ensuring bid optimization and efficient allocation of resources.
- Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, among others) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and present reports and dashboards in Looker Studio, translating data into actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor the entire customer journey — from click to conversion — ensuring consistency across stages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams, aligning acquisition and retention strategies to maximize results.
- Contribute creative ideas and analyses that optimize campaign performance and strengthen the Yuool brand.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing and performance-driven strategies.
- Proven, hands-on experience with e-commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and budget control.
- Proficiency in building dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with Shopify and ActiveCampaign.
- Analytical, data-oriented profile focused on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Organized, autonomous, and proactive in executing continuous optimizations.
