About the role

  • Identify and recruit new affiliates (influencers, YouTubers, trading educators, communities)
  • Develop and execute structured outreach campaigns (email, DMs, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create persuasive affiliate pitches and presentations
  • Independently negotiate partnership and commission models
  • Onboard new partners and provide marketing materials
  • Maintain and grow existing partnerships for the long term
  • Track affiliate performance (revenue, conversion, activity)
  • Optimize commission structures and incentive models
  • Create partner resources (swipe files, creatives, landing pages)
  • Build and maintain a structured partner CRM system
  • Analyze and report on the performance of the entire partner channel
  • Represent IQ Capital at events and in relevant communities

Requirements

  • Excellent persuasion and communication skills in German and English
  • Strong closing ability and confidence in negotiating commission models
  • Understanding of performance structures, revenue sharing and KPI-based partnerships
  • Ideally existing contacts in the trading, crypto or finance sectors
  • Revenue-, performance- and scaling-oriented mindset — with empathy in relationship management
  • Independent, proactive and structured; able to work without micromanagement
  • Ability to coordinate multiple partners simultaneously and maintain accurate records
