• Develop and execute structured outreach campaigns (email, DMs, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create persuasive affiliate pitches and presentations
• Independently negotiate partnership and commission models
• Onboard new partners and provide marketing materials
• Maintain and grow existing partnerships for the long term
• Track affiliate performance (revenue, conversion, activity)
• Optimize commission structures and incentive models
• Create partner resources (swipe files, creatives, landing pages)
• Build and maintain a structured partner CRM system
• Analyze and report on the performance of the entire partner channel
• Represent IQ Capital at events and in relevant communities

• Short-form video cutting for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels & TikTok
• Long-form cutting for YouTube and podcast content
• Transform long-form content into short-form videos
• Sound design & music selection aligned with current social media trends
• Performance-oriented content optimization (hook, retention, pacing, storytelling)
• Creating platform-appropriate subtitles/captions
• Clean, fast editing with an aesthetic eye
• Actively contribute to and evolve our content

Marketing

• You take overall responsibility for marketing at IQ Capital
• You develop and manage our social media strategy (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• You conceptualize video scripts, landing pages and email campaigns
• You plan and coordinate marketing projects and external service providers (designers, video editors, etc.)
• You create and optimize landing pages (concept, structure, copy)
• You build email campaigns, newsletters and automation flows
• You plan video content strategically and prepare clear briefs
• You optimize funnel structures and increase conversion rates
• You track performance KPIs and derive data-driven optimizations
• You develop affiliate structures and coordinate partnerships
• You strengthen our positioning and further build the IQ Capital brand in the prop-trading market
