Design, configure, and implement Docusign CLM+ workflows, templates, clauses, conditional logic, and approval routing.
Customize contract generation, negotiation, and execution processes to meet business and legal requirements.
Develop and maintain CLM+ agreement templates, clause libraries, metadata schemas, and document standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve CLM+ configuration and performance issues.
Build and support integrations between Docusign CLM+ and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle).
Leverage Docusign APIs, webhooks, and CLM+ connectors for automation and data exchange.
Support end-to-end contract automation from request intake through execution and archival.
Implement access controls, user roles, and permission models in alignment with enterprise security standards.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
Partner with Franchisee & Legal, Restaurant Development, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into CLM+ solutions.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with Docusign CLM+ configuration, administration and development.
Strong understanding of contract workflows, legal terms, and approval processes.
Experience with APIs, JSON, REST services, and system integrations.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and identity management (SSO, SCIM).
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
DocuSign CLM+ Administrator or Developer certification (preferred).
Experience integrating CLM+ with CRM or ERP platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) (preferred).
Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments (preferred).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies (preferred).
