About the role

  • Lead strategic initiatives and transformation within YUM Connect's Digital & Technology Finance division, driving alignment with the company's mission and operating model to shape its future.
  • Serve as steward of the organization’s mission and strategic direction, ensuring alignment across Digital & Technology and Finance.
  • Lead the preparation of strategic deliverables — including earnings materials, Board of Directors updates, and Annual Operating Plan presentations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape the agenda and content for leadership team meetings, enabling clear decisions and strategic focus.
  • Translate organizational goals into clear initiatives, measurable outcomes, and aligned communications.
  • Own the operating rhythms of the business — including monthly operating reviews, leadership team meetings, and key planning cycles.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of key transformation programs, including offshoring, global talent partnerships, and workforce optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Finance or related, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or financial planning roles, ideally within digital or technology organizations.
  • Excellent problem solver and strategic thinker
  • Ability to execute rigorous financial analysis and derive clear and compelling business insights from this analysis
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
  • Prior experience with SaaS/technology pricing and go-to-market strategy (e.g., revenue management or other similar skill sets) is preferred, but not required
  • Highly collaborative, able to build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders and business partners
  • Proven record of leading strategic initiatives, managing leadership operating rhythms, and executing transformation programs.
  • Proven proficiency & experience with Excel and PowerPoint
