About the role
- Support Global PPR (People Performance Review) process by ensuring timelines are met across markets, managing communications with Chief People Officers (CPOs) & HR Leads, and consolidating all talent insights and data.
- Transform talent data into compelling narratives and strategic insights to inform leadership decision-making and workforce planning.
- Partner with global stakeholders to continuously improve the PPR experience, tools, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date global organizational charts by partnering with Market teams to collect and validate changes.
- Support leadership visibility into organizational structure and talent pipelines for strategic workforce planning.
- Serve as a key liaison between KFC Global and the Yum Center of Excellence (COEs) including L&D, TR, TA, COB, PCX.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate quarterly Global Talent Council meetings with Market CPOs and HR leaders.
- Develop meeting materials including agenda, deck templates, and consolidated market submissions.
- Capture key discussion points and follow-ups and distribute post-meeting summaries to ensure alignment and execution.
- Develop and coordinate onboarding plans for new senior leaders (L12+) joining the KFC Global team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality leadership induction experience.
- Support the design, execution, and tracking of functional mentorship programs to strengthen capability building across the organization.
- Lead a Market HRBP Council to foster a strong global HR community; facilitating collaboration, capability sharing, and best-practice exchange across markets.
- Create engagement forums, toolkits, and communication channels that enhance connectivity and consistency across HR teams globally.
- Work closely with Yum COE leaders and KFC market HR leads to ensure change initiatives drive intended business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting global HR processes or working in a matrixed, multinational environment preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence without authority.
