Head of Finance

AI Engineer

• As our AI Engineer, your mission is to take AI models into the Yuki product and build the capabilities users actually touch.
• You get predictions and GenAI features to land robustly, performantly, and reliably in front of our accountants and entrepreneurs.
• Build GenAI capabilities: Ship compound AI systems, retrieval-augmented features, and in-product prompt orchestration.
• Productionize models: Own serving, APIs, runtime performance, and latency so AI lands reliably in the live app.
• Serve retrieval: Build in-product vector search and retrieval integration, and be first response for model-quality regressions in production.
• Land it in the product: Integrate AI predictions into the .NET backend alongside our backend engineers.
• Co-create with Product: Spot new use cases, help shape the roadmap, and build features (including MCP-based capabilities) with Product and Design.

Data Scientist

• As our Applied Data Scientist, your mission is to build the machine-learning models that make Yuki smart — the models that classify documents and predict the right general ledger (grootboek), turning a client's raw invoices into clean, usable accounting data.
• This is a modeling role with real production discipline. You won't just train models and walk away; you'll keep them accurate as the data and the business shift.
• You'll co-create with engineers and product people, and you'll grow a genuine understanding of how accountants actually think about a document.
• Build the models: Train and evaluate classic ML (XGBoost, scikit-learn) and transformer models for document classification and ledger prediction.
• Fine-tune LLMs: Do real model training and fine-tuning with PyTorch and HuggingFace.
• Design experiments: Own feature engineering, model evaluation, and selection, plus embedding and retrieval strategy for vector search.
• Guard production quality: Run drift detection, eval pipelines, and the MLflow model registry so models hold up over time.
• Learn the domain: Build deep understanding of accounting and financial-document structure, and translate it back into modeling decisions.

Product Manager

• As a Product Manager for Team ADP, you own the strategic vision and the core feature direction for our automated booking domain.
• Your mission is to elevate our product by focusing on the automated processing of invoices and financial data.
• Co-develop a compelling product vision together with product leadership, tailored to entrepreneurs’ on-the-go financial needs, and translate it into a clear, prioritized, data-driven roadmap.
• Co-drive continuous discovery, by leading user interviews, market analysis, prototype testing, and analyzing usage data (qualitative and quantitative) to validate problems, reduce risk, and ensure features deliver maximum user value.
• Shift focus from "shipping" to "moving metrics." You are accountable for KPIs like North Star Metric growth, churn reduction, and automated processing rates.
• Craft high-quality epics and detailed user stories with explicit constraints and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a well-prioritized backlog and actively play your role as a PM in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, refinements, etc) with your team.
• Act as the primary point of contact, partnering closely with customers, design, development, go-to-market and business stakeholders to align efforts and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions to meet our users' problems.
• Stay ahead of competitors and emerging FinTech/AI trends to ensure Yuki remains a market leader in e-invoicing and automation.
