About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run the controlling function.
- Own month-end and year-end outputs across all entities, validate actuals vs. budget and forecast, and keep Visma reporting on time for every entity in scope.
- Lead the controlling team.
- Act as full CFO deputy.
- Get into the strategic work when it counts: M&A support, group-level financial planning, building out the finance org.
- Own the transfer pricing framework.
- Bridge the broader finance function.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in finance, with at least 3-5 in a senior controlling or finance management role.
- A strong technical foundation: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, group reporting.
- You've built and developed a team and not just managed one.
- Experience across multiple entities or countries where you've navigated complexity before and didn't flinch.
- Strategic enough to sit with the CFO and operational enough to run the controlling function day-to-day.
- A clear, direct communicator who can hold their own across a wide range of stakeholders.
