About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run the controlling function.
Own month-end and year-end outputs across all entities, validate actuals vs. budget and forecast, and keep Visma reporting on time for every entity in scope.
Lead the controlling team.

Get into the strategic work when it counts: M&A support, group-level financial planning, building out the finance org.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in finance, with at least 3-5 in a senior controlling or finance management role.
A strong technical foundation: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, group reporting.
You've built and developed a team and not just managed one.
Experience across multiple entities or countries where you've navigated complexity before and didn't flinch.
Strategic enough to sit with the CFO and operational enough to run the controlling function day-to-day.
A clear, direct communicator who can hold their own across a wide range of stakeholders.
