About the role

  • Establish yourself as subject matter expert on Yubico’s products and ecosystem.
  • Strategize with sales reps to achieve target sales quotas.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and establish technical credibility.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and find opportunities for product usage expansion.
  • Build and deliver successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), deployment planning, and technical consulting.
  • Communicate with engineering and marketing regarding evolving customer requirements.
  • Assist with solutions development for new target markets and industries.
  • Improve customer experience through conferences, workshops, and written documentation.
  • Care about contributing to work culture and environment.
  • Support the rapid, unpredictable nature of a young innovative company.
  • Work with customers remotely and in person.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in roles with direct technical customer interaction, ideally in Solutions Engineering or Pre-sales in IT-security space.
  • Knowledge of security technologies and protocols such as two-factor authentication, IAM, SSO, VPN, FIDO, PIV, OATH, SAML, OpenID, ADFS.
  • Able to configure/install enterprise technologies including network infrastructure, virtualization, web apps, Windows, Mac, and Linux.
  • Able to troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
  • Excellent written and oral business communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed functions.
  • Proficient in French and good English & Spanish; other languages (Portuguese, Italian) a bonus.
