About the role
- Manage the administrative onboarding of our Yousigners.
- Ensure proper application of HR procedures.
- Prepare and formalize internship agreements and apprenticeship contracts.
- Handle enrollments and appointments with occupational health services.
- Serve as an occasional backup on payroll matters.
- Recruit interns/apprentices: run the student recruitment campaign in collaboration with managers — from gathering requirements to onboarding.
- Ensure high-quality onboarding and offboarding.
- Facilitate the 'Yourise' community (internal community of interns and apprentices) and collaborate with the HRBP team to support this group.
- Explore other general HR topics such as salary reviews, benefits audits, and potential payroll software migration (depending on the HR roadmap).
- Participate in global HR projects (culture, engagement, talent development, employer branding, and school relations).
Requirements
- Master's student seeking an apprenticeship or end-of-study internship (Master's in HR or business school with HR specialization).
- Previous internship or apprenticeship in HR, or a strong interest in HR functions.
- Comfortable in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Creative and willing to go the extra mile to help the team; we welcome new ideas.
- Basic knowledge of labor law and personnel administration (contracts, amendments, leave, absences, health insurance, etc.).
- Interest in or basic knowledge of payroll processing (collecting and validating variables, entering data into payroll software, checking payslips).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with an HRIS or payroll tool (e.g. PayFit, ADP, Silae, Lucca, etc.) is a plus.
