About the role
- Responsible for generating your own pipeline;
- Create, manage and close your sales pipeline consisting of inbound, outbound and partner leads;
- Partner with BDRs, building a fruitful relationship to achieve your goals;
- Conduct demos and develop a deep understanding of our products;
- Actively listen to prospects, understand and reframe their challenges and pain points;
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the customer experience and improve both the sales pitch and the product;
- Forecast your future revenue and document daily key activities in our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure high data quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS or tech scale-up.
- You’ve sold to SMBs and mid-sized organizations, where navigating multiple stakeholders and longer deal cycles is second nature.
- Strategic, data-driven, and skilled in opportunity prioritization and pipeline management.
- Outstanding communication skills in French (native level) and English (professional level) — both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
- Resilient, proactive, and genuinely curious about your customers' businesses and success.
