About the role
- Guide and assist prospects and customers in using Yousign’s SaaS application
- Ensure timely responses in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Resolve low-complexity issues efficiently
- Engage with prospects and existing customers to qualify their needs
- Close deals autonomously
- Monitor and support customer usage
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Support and coordinate renewals for small accounts.
Requirements
- Direct contact with customers and prospects in Germany and France
- Outstanding support and drive small deal closures
- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
- Engage with prospects and existing customers
- Build skills and track record to grow into a full Sales Role.
