About the role

  • Client engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs.
  • Client follow-up: Proactively contact clients to ensure we continue to provide the policy that best meets their needs at a competitive price.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively by phone, email, and SMS with our clients to build trust.
  • Performance evaluation: Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to achieve team goals.
  • Continuous training: Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Career development: Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or to a team lead position after your first 2 years with us.

Requirements

  • You hold a valid AMF license.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • You are proactive and have strong problem-solving skills.
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • You are a fast learner and have an interest in technology.
