About the role
- Policy issuance: Issue insurance policies with multiple insurers for clients who purchased online
- Client engagement: Respond to inquiries from prospective clients
- Follow-up on online quotes: Identify and contact prospective clients who completed a quote on our website
- Communication: Communicate effectively by phone, email, and SMS
- Performance tracking: Monitor your performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- File notes: Maintain accurate notes of client interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team
- Continuous learning: Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Career development: Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your first two years with us
Requirements
- You hold a valid AMF license (Autorité des marchés financiers)
- At least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Quick learner with an interest in technology

- 100% remote work or office in downtown Montreal
