About the role

  • Design, implement, and execute comprehensive manual testing strategies across the Your Bourse platform.
  • Perform full-cycle testing for new features and projects, including requirements analysis, test planning, execution, regression testing, and release validation.
  • Create, maintain, and improve testing documentation, including test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and regression checklists.
  • Ensure high-quality releases and reduced production issues by proactively identifying risks and increasing test coverage.
  • Define, report, track, verify, and validate defects across multiple environments and testing phases.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, UX, Documentation, Support, and QA colleagues throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives, providing quality-related insights and recommendations.
  • Support and mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
  • Contribute to QA best practices, testing standards, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer or in a similar QA role, preferably in FinTech, Forex, trading platforms, or complex B2B systems.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in writing clear and structured test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and ability to work with basic SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Relevant courses or certifications in QA/testing are considered a plus.
