About the role
- Draft employment contracts, contract amendments, and references
- Manage vacation days and working hours
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
- Communicate with health insurance providers, authorities, and payroll
- Serve as the team contact for questions about contracts, salary, vacation, and working hours
- Drive employer branding
- Support the recruiting process and conduct job interviews
- Coordinate department-specific training and feedback discussions
- Organize team events such as summer and Christmas parties
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk)
- Further training (e.g., IHK-certified HR specialist) or professional experience in HR is an advantage
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Organized and results-oriented work style
- Analytical thinking
- Enjoys communicating, including by phone and email
- Confident English skills are an advantage
- Enjoys challenges and new tasks
- Sensitivity to team dynamics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP and labor/employment law is an advantage
