About the role
- Design and build responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with the Head of Web and Content to develop innovative designs that reflect brand guidelines and engage users.
- Ensure designs and code are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain modern, functional, and error-free.
- Implement content updates in collaboration with the content team, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive web experiences.
- Conduct regular reviews and testing to optimize website performance and usability.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for custom Webflow components or integrations when necessary.
- Collaborate with back-end developers when required to implement advanced functionality.
- Work alongside the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure web projects meet deadlines and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve web development practices.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in front-end web development or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and building websites in Webflow is required.
- Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and Figma.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
- Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
- A strong eye for design with the ability to create visually compelling, user-focused web layouts.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, MarkUp, or Sketch is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
