About the role
- Structure the partner program from scratch (model, tiers, commission structure and governance);
- Define partner entry, activation and progression criteria and build playbooks, processes and channel management rituals;
- Prospect, negotiate and close strategic partnerships;
- Develop a qualified pipeline of partners with revenue-generating potential;
- Define and monitor key channel metrics (revenue, activation, conversion, retention);
- Identify risks, bottlenecks and expansion opportunities and ensure predictable channel-driven revenue;
- Develop and lead partner onboarding;
- Create enablement tracks, materials and commercial playbooks;
- Ensure partners are up to date on product, positioning and approach;
- Manage the health of the partner base with a focus on engagement, performance and retention;
- Act consultatively to improve partner performance;
- Maximize revenue and customer LTV for customers originated via the channel;
- Serve as the link between Yooga and its partners;
- Ensure clarity of processes, goals and positioning;
- Influence and engage partners even without formal hierarchical authority.
Requirements
- Experience with partner programs or reseller channels;
- Background in technology companies or SaaS;
- Experience designing or scaling initiatives (not just operating them);
- Strong revenue and metrics orientation;
- Ability to build processes from scratch with autonomy;
- Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with Customer Success metrics (NPS, retention, LTV, etc.);
- Experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and enablement tools;
- Experience in startup environments.
