- Drive discovery and clearly tie buyer challenges to Yoodli’s differentiated value
- Manage fast-moving opportunities with urgency and consistency
- Own your pipeline and build pipeline via outbound, partnerships, and demand follow-up
- Collaborate across GTM to improve messaging, playbooks, and handoffs
- Share learnings with the team - help us get better, faster
Requirements
- 2-5 years in B2B SaaS sales or SDR/AE hybrid experience
- Strong emotional intelligence—you can read subtle buyer signals and adjust accordingly
- Growth mindset - open to coaching, feedback, and ongoing skill development
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar value-based methodologies
- Highly organized with CRM discipline and attention to detail
- Comfortable respectfully challenging buyer assumptions to create urgency
- Team-first mindset—you're coachable, iterative, and eager to help others win
- Based in Seattle or open to relocating - we work in person at AI House 3+ days a week
