About the role
- Own strategic client relationships and manage customer success for complex clients
- Drive customer adoption and value realisation
- Lead Executive Reviews and operational reviews
- Act as a trusted advisor on best practices
- Identify potential challenges and opportunities early
- Leverage data to support decisions and influence outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Support teams

Requirements
- Strong experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, or Consulting within B2B SaaS
- Experience with retail operations
- Confident and client-facing with senior stakeholders
- Data-driven and able to influence decisions
- Initiative and accountability for results
- Problem-solving skills in complex situations
- Organised in managing competing demands
