Product Manager

• Yondr creates phone-free spaces for artists, educators, organizations and individuals around the world.
• Support the SVP, Product & Operations in developing the Education product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and Yondr’s overall product vision.
• Translate high-level strategy into clear product requirements and milestones for education-specific solutions.
• Assist in prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure product-market fit and timely delivery.
• Conduct targeted research on education trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements that affect adoption and usage in schools.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather feedback directly from administrators, teachers, and district leaders.
• Work closely with Design, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure education products meet usability, safety, and durability standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support go-to-market plans, ensuring messaging, packaging, and training materials are tailored to the education audience.
• Partner with Operations to ensure smooth implementation and support for large-scale school deployments.
• Act as the voice of the education customer, championing ease of use, durability, and safety in product design.
• Assist in creating pilot programs and feedback loops with schools to validate product features and functionality.
• Document and maintain product specifications, ensuring consistency across SKUs and alignment with supply chain requirements.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics specific to education (e.g., adoption rates, issue resolution, cost-to-serve).
• Support the preparation of reporting dashboards and executive updates.
• Recommend iterative improvements to products, processes, and customer engagement strategies based on data-driven insights.

Junior Product Manager – Education

Manager

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations, procedures, and resources to ensure optimal organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Provide comprehensive support to the CEO including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as well as the coordination of logistics for all meetings, events and travel
• Provide secondary support for company wide meetings and events; anticipate future needs and issues with regard to scheduling, communication and support
• Manage office supply inventory, place orders for necessary materials, and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders for all things office related
• Handle all aspects of facility management, including communication with building management, maintenance teams, and service vendors
• Establish and maintain a streamlined mail and package management system

• Lead the coordination of the office relocation in the Fall - responsible for sourcing a moving company, collaborating with designers, and supporting the setup of the new workspace to reflect Yondr’s brand and foster a productive and safe environment

Administrative Manager

• Yondr’s business segments span numerous industries, primarily across education and live events. Yondr supports schools through cell phone-free programs. Our education programs facilitate the successful implementation of phone-free school environments by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources, along with all necessary equipment. In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.
• Yondr is looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CEO acting as an advisor, strategist, and executor of critical company-wide projects. This role functions as a gatekeeper to the CEO, managing access, aligning priorities, and ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on the highest-impact areas. The role requires excellent project management skills, a keen understanding of business operations, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Executive Prioritization: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Filter and prioritize requests for the CEO’s time and attention, balancing accessibility with strategic focus. Drive accountability for action items arising from executive leadership meetings.
• Leadership Proxy: Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings when needed, articulating key messages and ensuring follow-up. Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, offering candid insights and feedback when necessary.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with executives & senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies and operational plans.
• Operational Alignment & Project Management: Ensure alignment across executive team initiatives by leading and coordinating cross-functional projects and tracking progress against strategic goals. Facilitate the smooth flow of information between the CEO’s office and other departments.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and judgment. Maintain trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure open, transparent communication.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop administrative team to support operational excellence. Ensure efficient support cross-functionally while mentoring team members and aligning their efforts with broader business goals.

• QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a business operations or strategic support role, such as Chief of Staff, strategy consultant, or operational manager
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Exceptional organizational, communication and emotional intelligence skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in business tools and software (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, CRM, project management tools).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training preferred
