• Building in-app experiences that let members resolve their own issues quickly and confidently - without needing to speak to a human.
• Think: dispute flows, fraud reporting, account recovery, downgrade queries.
• The goal is members who sort it themselves, not one who opens a support ticket.
• Internal tooling for Ops, Fraud & Support
• The tools our internal teams use directly determine how fast and well they can help members.
• You'll own the agent-facing experience - building and improving the tooling that helps our Support, Fraud, and Operations teams investigate cases, take action, and close tickets with less effort.
• Less clicking, less switching, more resolution.
• Deflection and contact rate reduction
• Working across the product to identify the root causes of member contact - the bugs, confusing flows, and missing self-serve options that generate avoidable inbound.
• You'll be the PM who asks "why did this member need to contact us at all?" and then fixes it upstream.
• AI and automation
• Embedding AI across both directions: helping members get answers faster through intelligent chat and smart search, and helping agents work more effectively through summarisation, auto-classification, and suggested next actions.
• You don't need to be an AI engineer - you need to know how to ship AI-powered products that actually work in production.

Senior Product Manager – Operations, Fraud & Support

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop our iOS and Android mobile apps: You’ll be responsible for delivering on our product and design vision.
• Build out our web-app in Next.js: You’ll be building on the foundations the team has in place.
• Closely collaborating in cross-functional squads: Work closely with our product and design teams.
• Full lifecycle ownership: Own the development lifecycle from the ground up.
• Leading technical discussions: Lead pivotal technical discussions.

Collections

• Reach out to members who’ve fallen behind – Make outbound calls to understand what’s going on and help find the right way forward.
• Agree affordable forbearance options – Work with members to create realistic repayment plans or other support tailored to their needs.
• Respond with care and clarity – Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, making sure every interaction feels personal, helpful, and fair.
• Support third-party processes – Process messages from debt management companies and other partners who help support our members.
• Collaborate and improve – Work closely with your team, sharing ideas, spotting patterns, and helping us refine how we do things as the Cardiff team grows.

Collections, Payment Support Associate

Compliance

• Coordinate the delivery of Yonder’s compliance monitoring programme, including carrying out monitoring activities, gathering evidence, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Assist in providing day-to-day 2nd-line compliance support and challenge to the business, escalating issues to senior compliance where needed.
• Support compliance input into new products, product changes, and business initiatives under the guidance of senior compliance colleagues.
• Help maintain compliance policies, procedures, and control documentation, ensuring they are kept up to date.
• Track compliance risks, issues, and remediation actions, and help prepare management information and reporting.
• Assist with regulatory engagement activities, including preparing information and materials for regulator requests and reviews.
