Content Marketing Manager

• You run the calendar. You make the content.
• Own, manage, and produce the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit (and anywhere else we look to expand)
• Write copy that sounds like Yonder: sharp, direct, a little cheeky. Never generic, never forgettable
• Track weekly performance across engagement, reach, saves, and shares — and use it to decide what comes next
• Build and nurture community, in a way that feels native, not branded
• As we scale you’ll also look after influencers and creators
• Collaborate with the Partnership team to help bring our reward partners to life with comms, editorial, and social content

• Run Meta end-to-end, in-house: campaign setup, audience strategy, creative testing, optimisation, and reporting.
• Own paid budgets of £500k–£1.5m per year.
• Optimise to revenue, LTV, and payback period. Not cost-per-lead.
• Build and test landing pages that convert.
• Own the day-to-day relationship with our agency partner, who supports on strategy and creative production.
• Own weekly performance marketing reporting across all paid channels. Clear, consistent, and useful — not a data dump.
• Work closely with the VP Marketing, Content Lead, PR & Creative Lead, and Designers. You understand what each team is building and how paid amplifies it.

Account Manager

• Identifying brand targets and decision makers, and designing the appropriate messaging to make contact and build a relationship
• Closing deals across Yonder’s partner ecosystem, owning a targeted, ICP-led approach to engage and convert partners from SMB through to enterprise
• Developing a deep understanding of the problems these brands are trying to solve, across a range of verticals - eCommerce covers everything from dining, products, to beauty and fashion
• Identifying and developing new ways for brands to work with Yonder - building out innovative value props and commercial structures that drive incremental revenue
• Analysing campaign performance to optimise brand campaigns and share insights with the rest of the business on how the category is performing

• Monitoring partners and stepping in proactively to improve total spend through offer structure and placement strategy
• Owning renewals, rebooking and upsell conversations; turning a one-campaign partner into a long-term relationship
• Segmenting the partner book by engagement level so your effort goes where it drives the most return
• Making sure new partners go live quickly in a way that drives real member engagement from day one
• Building proof points that improve sales conversion and help us win more of the right partners
