About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the consumer growth funnel from the first visit to yonder.com through app activation and first purchase
  • Lead acquisition conversion, sign-up, identity checks, credit decision, plan selection, card activation, and first transaction experiences
  • Own visitor-to-approved-member conversion, time from first visit to first transaction, and first-30-day member activation
  • Set targets, report on performance monthly, and own results
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering team, product managers, marketers, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
  • Share ownership of the homepage and landing pages with Marketing
  • Align offers and messaging between advertising and the app
  • Build attribution and server-side tracking
  • Launch or localise products in new markets and determine market-specific versus global requirements
  • Develop systems for identity checks, currency, payment methods, language, and local partners
  • Run experiments, build funnel tests, instrument changes, and analyse results
  • Report to Karam, VP Product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Owned a consumer funnel and moved its numbers, with demonstrable impact on conversion or time to value
  • Talks to members and near-misses every month
  • Runs experiments habitually using hypotheses, metrics, thresholds, and results
  • Performs funnel, cohort, segment, and data analysis independently
  • Builds and instruments tests using Webflow, Figma, and Claude Code
  • Experience working at the seam between product and marketing
  • Experience launching or localising a product in a new market, or building launch systems
  • Ability to work within the guardrails of a regulated lender
  • Ability to work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal on acceptance quality, fraud, and funnel communications
  • Bonus: experience in fintech or regulated products, especially onboarding, identity verification, or credit decisioning
  • Bonus: experience in early-stage or fast-growing teams, or having founded something
