About the role

  • Take ownership of triaging incoming Level 2 support requests.
  • Interact with our internal engineering team on a daily basis.
  • Track-to-resolution of recorded incidents or bugs.
  • Answer and handle customer inquiries as well as other operational issues.
  • Act as an internal source of knowledge for the operational use of our tool.
  • Work closely with Onboarding and Engineering to improve our software and resolve customer concerns.
  • Shape the Customer Care area and bring support knowledge to the next level.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in a customer support role and at least 1 year in Level 2 support.
  • Experience working with and supporting technical concepts including APIs and SSO.
  • Operational experience with a high turnover of external customer requests and internal clarifications from the team.
  • Well-structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
