About the role
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and customers
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular, personal contact
- Identify individual customer needs and ensure the satisfaction of companies and employees
- Proactively inform customers about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities
- Continuously expand the benefits offering and implement innovative bonus models
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
- At least two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management
- Strong service and customer orientation combined with empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and solution-oriented, with strong planning and coordination skills
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
